Welcome to BIG FUZ. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Sound Rental Services

– All sound rental bookings require a **50% advance payment** to confirm the reservation.

– The remaining 50% must be paid before or at the time of delivery/setup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

– Bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been received.

– Clients are responsible for ensuring proper handling and safe use of rented equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused due to negligence may result in additional charges.

 2. Jam Room Bookings

– Jam room reservations require a **50% advance payment** at the time of booking.

– The balance amount must be cleared before or at the start of the scheduled session.

– Sessions must begin and end at the scheduled time. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

– Users are expected to maintain the equipment and space responsibly. Any damage or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

– In the event of cancellation, **50% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

– Cancellation charges apply to both sound rental and jam room bookings.

– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee and may take a reasonable processing time.

– No-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations.

4. General Terms

– BIG FUZ reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct, misuse of equipment, or violation of studio policies.

– All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

– BIG FUZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
